You can get it from VirtualBox and install the default package. Once you finish installing,you can start installing by, click on the New button in the upper-left corner of the application. 1st give a name for it and select Windows 8 or 7 as the OS. Make sure you select the OS (32-bit or 64-bit) matches the version you downloaded.
Click Next. There you will asked for how much memory you will donate to the virtual OS. The 32-bit version of Windows 8 requires 1 GB at minimum, and the 64-bit version requires 2GB,the more RAM you can give the virtual OS, it will run faster. Click Next.
There you can either select a "Dynamically allocated" or "Fixed size" virtual hard drive based on your personal preferences. We suggest you to use the Dynamically allocated disk on your installation. On the next screen, make sure that your virtual disk has at least 16GB allocated for it's 32-bit version. The 64-bit version needs atleast of 20GB.
Click Next.Your new virtual PC will appear in Virtual Box's list of available machines. Select it and click the Settings button. If your computer supports hardware virtualization, you can make your virtual machine access to additional CPU cores by the System sub menu. You can check it yourself on the Intel and AMD's websites. For Intel processors, using your own processor model and check for virtualization under Advanced Features. For AMD processors, for your processor model and you will see a feature listing called AMD Virtualization Technology.
Then click on the Storage sub menu and then on the Empty bellow "IDE Controller." Click on the CD/DVD drive listing and select the option, Choose a virtual CD/DVD disk file. Then scroll for the Windows 8 .The ISO file which you previously downloaded to your system is loaded up. Now click OK .
Click Start button to load your virtual machine for the 1st time.Virtual Box will boot and go for the Windows 8 installation.
